Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 DODGE 1500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE TIE ROD ASSEMBLY WAS REPAIRED UNDER WARRANTY APPROXIMATELY TWO YEARS AGO, BUT THE TIE RODS HAVE AGAIN BROKE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN BACK TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER WHERE THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE TIE RODS WERE NO LONGER COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. THE CONTACT EXPRESSED CONCERN OVER THE FACT THAT THE TIE RODS ONLY LASTED 20,000 MILES. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 54,000. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE. UPDATED 09/08/2007 *LN *TR
