TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 FORD WINDSTAR. THE CONTACT STATED THE PASSENGER SIDE SLIDING DOOR DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY. THE DOOR WILL NOT OPEN WITH THE REMOTE OR KEY, BUT THEN IT WOULD ALSO OPEN ON ITS OWN. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN INSPECTED OR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 104,000.
