Consumer Description

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 HONDA CIVIC. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 60 MPH THE VEHICLE STALLED AND THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS UNSAFE TO DRIVE AND COULD CAUSE A CRASH TO OCCUR. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER WHO WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT OTHER OWNERS OF THIS YEAR MAKE AND MODEL HAVE EXPERIENCED THE ENGINE STALLING BUT THE MANUFACTURER HAS NOT TAKEN ANY STEPS TO REMEDY THE PROBLEM. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 93,000.
