Consumer Description

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 1999 FORD WINDSTAR. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING IN REVERSE AND THEN FORWARD, THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE TIRE FELL OFF OF THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER WHO INFORMED HIM THAT THE TIRE SEPARATED FROM THE VEHICLE DUE TO THE FRONT AXLE CORRODING. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 140,000.
