Consumer Description

WE HAVE HAD ELEVEN RECALLS ON OUR FORD WINDSTAR VAN TO DATE. OUR CURRENT RECALL ON THE REAR AXLE HAS LEFT US WITH NO WORTHY VEHICLE. THE BOTTOM OF THE VAN IS SO RUSTED OUT THERE ARE HOLES IN IT AND WE WASH IT AND KEEP IT IN THE GARAGE DURING THE WINTER MONTHS. WE HAVE HAD TO REPLACE THE BUSHINGS ON THE FRONT OF THE VAN TWO TIMES AND ARE NOW SCHEDULED FOR A 3RD REPLACING. THE SUSPENSION ON THE VAN HAS NEVER BEEN RIGHT AND IT FEELS UNSAFE. THE FORD COMPANY IS NOT WORKING WITH US TO FIX THE AXLE OR OTHER ISSUES. *TR
