TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 SATURN ION. WHILE ATTEMPTING TO TURN THE VEHICLE OFF THE KEY WOULD NOT TURN INSIDE OF THE IGNITION WHICH MADE IT DIFFICULT TO TURN THE VEHICLE OFF. THE FAILURE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED AND THERE WERE NO PRIOR WARNINGS. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 55000.
