TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 HONDA ACCORD. THE CONTACT STATED THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS WOULD FAIL WHENEVER UTILIZED DURING RAINY WEATHER. THE CONTACT LOCATED NHTSA RECALL NUMBER 08V169000 (VISIBILITY: WINDSHIELD WIPER/WASHER: MOTOR) BUT WAS ADVISED THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 22,500 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 24,000.
