TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 SATURN ION. WHILE TRAVELING AT 30 MPH, THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE STR AND BWR LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. WITHIN SECONDS, THE VEHICLE STEERING BECAME EXTREMELY TIGHT AND DIFFICULT TO MANEUVER. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING OR REPAIRS. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 35,000.
