Consumer Description
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 FORD FOCUS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE A/C HEAT KNOB BROKE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALERSHIP WHERE THE KNOB WAS REPAIRED. HOWEVER, THE KNOB BROKE AGAIN. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED AT THE TIME OF THE COMPLAINT. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE WHEN THE COMPLAINT WAS FILED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 30,000. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 60,000.
