2009 DODGE JOURNEY. CONSUMER REQUESTS TIRES TO BE REPLACED ON VEHICLE UNDER WARRANTY DUE TO AN SAFETY ISSUE *TGW THE CONSUMER STATED THE VEHICLE DID NOT COME EQUIPPED WITH THE PROPER TIRES FOR THE SNOW. THE VEHICLE CAME EQUIPPED WITH 19 WHEELS, HOWEVER THE DEALER STATED 17 INCH RIMS WITH ALL WEATHER TIRES SHOULD HAVE BEEN ON THE VEHICLE. *JB
