Consumer Description
THE VEHICLE WILL SOMETIMES NOT START WHEN TURNING THE KEY THE FIRST TIME. THE VEHICLE MAKES A VERY WEAK ATTEMPT TO START (20% OF NORMAL.). THEN ON THE SECOND ATTEMPT TURNING THE KEY THE VEHICLE WILL START. I HAVE REPORTED THIS TO HONDA AND THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO. *TR
