Consumer Description

THE AIRBAG SENSOR ON M Y 2005 CHRYSLER TOWN AND COUNTY HAS FAILED. THE DEALERSHIP REPORTS MY PARTICULAR CAR IS NOT COVERED UNDER MANUFACTURER'S RECALL 07V192000 (NHTSA ACTION # EA06003). SINCE OVER 270,000VEHICLES WERE INVOLVED, PERHAPS IT SHOULD BE EXPANDED TO COVER ADDITIONAL VEHICLES. THE DEALERSHIP WANTS TO CHARGE ME NEARLY $300 TO CORRECT THE AIR BAG SENSOR LIGHT.
