Consumer Description
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 MAZDA 6. WHILE DRIVING BETWEEN 35-40 MPH, THE SRS AIR BAG WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL. THE FAILURE OCCURRED INTERMITTENTLY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER AND THEY STATED THAT THE FRONT PASSENGER CONTROL MODULE FAILED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED UNDER WARRANTY. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 1,531.
