TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 FORD FREESTAR. WHILE BACKING OUT OF A DRIVEWAY AND ATTEMPTING TO PULL FORWARD, THE CABLE THAT HOLDS THE SPARE TIRE UNDER THE VEHICLE SNAPPED AND THE TIRE CAME OFF. THE CONTACT SPOKE WITH THE MECHANIC AND WAS INFORMED TO CALL NHTSA. THE PURCHASE DATE AND SPEED WERE UNKNOWN. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 61,000.
