TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 FORD EDGE. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS IDLING ON AN INCLINE, THE CONTACT REMOVED HER FOOT FROM THE BRAKE PEDAL. BEFORE SHE COULD DEPRESS THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL, THE VEHICLE ROLLED BACKWARDS. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE FAILURE WAS NORMAL. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 200 AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 3,000. THE CONSUMER STATED THE VEHICLE WILL ROLL BACK ON ANY TYPE OF INCLINE WHILE IN THE DRIVE POSITION AND THE DEALER STATED THIS PROCESS IS NORMAL. UPDATED 11/06/07 *TR
