Consumer Description

2005 DODGE DURANGO 5.7L HEMI, ENGINE STALLS WITHIN THE FIRST 10-15 MINUTES OF DRIVING, TYPICALLY AT 45 MPH. IT HAS HAPPENED NUMEROUS TIMES AND THE DEALERSHIP HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO LOCATE THE PROBLEM. MOST RECENTLY, THE LOSS OF POWER, NEARLY CAUSED A CRASH AS I HAD NO STEERING NOR BRAKES WHEN THE ENGINE STALLED. MAY BE RELATED TO NHTSA ACTION NUMBER EA05018?? *JB
