DT*: THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING DURING THE DAYLIGHT HOURS THE INSTRUMENT PANEL HAD NO ILLUMINATION. THE INSTRUMENTS WERE UNABLE TO BE SEEN WITHOUT PROPER ILLUMINATION. THE MANUFACTURER DETERMINED THIS WAS THE WAY THE VEHICLE WAS DESIGNED. UPDATED 07/25/06. *JB
