Consumer Description

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS 2006 BUICK LUCERNE. THE CONTACT STATED THE FRONT DRIVERS SIDE DOOR HANDLE FRACTURED FROM THE VEHICLE. IN ORDER TO ENTER THE VEHICLE, THE CONTACT HAD TO USE THE FRONT PASSENGER DOOR. THE CONTACT ALSO STATED THAT THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE DOOR PREVIOUSLY EXPERIENCED THE SAME FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 60,100. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE.
