BUICK LUCERNE SPEEDOMETER IS IMPOSSIBLE TO READ**CC THE CONSUMER STATED THE SPEEDOMETER WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO READ DURING DAYLIGHT HOURS. WHEN THE CONSUMER DID GET A NEW SPEEDOMETER, THE CONSUMER STILL COULD NOT SEE IT. *JB
