DT: THE CONSUMER STATED WHILE DRIVING THE VEHICLE AT 40 MPH, THE RPM AND ENGINE REVVED HIGH. WITH THE BRAKE PEDAL DEPRESSED, THE VEHICLE LUNGED FORWARD AND CRASHED INTO A FENCE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE LOCAL DEALERSHIP, WHERE THE PROBLEM COULD NOT BE DUPLICATED. *JB
