Consumer Description

CONSUMER REQUESTING TO BE REIMBURSED FOR 2000 WINDSTAR DEFECTIVE PARTS. *TS THE REAR AXLE CRACKED AND CAUSED THE VEHICLE TO SWAY BACK AND FORTH WHILE BEING DRIVEN. THE CONSUMER HAD IT REPAIRED AT A INDEPENDENT REPAIR SHOP. THE CONSUMER TOOK THE CRACKED AXLE TO THE DEALER WHO WROTE DOWN HIS VIN AND INDICATED THAT HE SHOULD BE HEARING FROM FORD SOON. *NM
