DT: THE CONTACT'S VEHICLE WAS INVOLVED IN A HEAD ON COLLISION AT 45 MPH,. UPON IMPACT, NO AIR BAGS DEPLOYED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOTALED. THE INSURANCE COMPANY NOW HAS POSSESSION OF THIS VEHICLE. THERE HAS BEEN NO INVESTIGATION AS TO WHY THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. HE DOES HAVE PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED MINOR SCRAPES AND SORE MUSCLES.
