Consumer Description

DT: 2000 DODGE DURANGO. THE CONSUMER HAD A PROBLEM FIXED TWICE. THE CONSUMER WENT TO HAVE THE PROBLEM FIXED FOR THE THIRD TIME, AND THE MECHANIC SHOP TOLD HER THAT THEY CONTACTED CHRYSLER, AND CHRYSLER TOLD THE MECHANIC SHOP THIS WAS A VERY COMMON PROBLEM. THE PROBLEM WAS A CLUSTER FOR THE DASHBOARD. THE CONSUMER STATED THE ENGINE REVVED VERY LOUDLY JUST SITTING STILL. ALSO WHILE DRIVING, AND EVEN IN CRUISE CONTROL. CHRYSLER SAID ALL THEY COULD DO WAS PUT A NOTE IN CONSUMER'S FILE. *AK
