Consumer Description
DT: WHILE DRIVING A SPARK PLUG CAME OUT OF VEHICLE. HAD TO AWAIT FOR PART TO BE ORDERED. TOOK VEHICLE TO A TRUCK STOP FOR REPAIRS. WHEN PLUG WAS TO BE REPLACED THEY DISCOVERED THAT TREADS WERE ALL GONE OUT OF THE HEAD. CALLED FORD DEALERSHIP, AND SAID A WHOLE NEW HEAD WOULD BE NEEDED. HAD TOWED VEHICLE TO DEALERSHIP, AND WOUND COST OVER $3,000 FOR REPAIRS AN A PROBLEM THAT BEGAN WITH A SPARK PLUG. *AK
