Consumer Description

DT: THE CONSUMER OWNS A 2002 FORD EXPEDITION. THE SPARK PLUG BLEW THREW THE CYLINDER TO THE ENGINE. THE ENTIRE ENGINE WILL HAVE TO BE REPLACED. FORD ACTS LIKE THEY HAVE NO CLUE ABOUT THIS PROBLEM. CONSUMER HAS SEEN SEVERAL COMPLAINTS ON VARIOUS WEBSITES. THE CAR WAS AT A DEAD STOP AT A RED LIGHT, WHEN CONSUMER HEARD A POP THAT CAME FROM THE SPARK PLUG. *TT
