CONSUMER CONTACTED THE MANUFACTURER.*AK RECALL CAMPAIGN NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER : 04V442000. THE CONSUMER WAS TOLD THAT THE REPAIR COULD NOT BE PREFORMED UNTIL THE WEATHER WARMED. *TC
