Consumer Description

CRACKED CYLINDER HEADS. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY VEHICLE TO BE FIXED @ THE DEALERSHIP FOR 2 WEEKS NOW. THEY HAVE INFORMED ME THAT THEY HAVE NO ETA ON THE CYLINDER HEADS BECAUSE THEY ARE ON A NATION WIDE BACK ORDER. SO THAT INDICATES THERE IS A NATION WIDE PROBLEM WITH DODGE DURANGOS AND THEIR CYLINDER HEADS. I FEEL THERE SHOULD BE A RECALL ON THESE PARTS. PLEASE INVESTIGATE THIS MATTER.
