CONSUMER COMPLAINED ABOUT SLIDING DOOR PROBLEM. *AK THE DOOR IS SUPPOSE TO RETURN TO OPEN POSITION IF THERE'S A PERSON OR OBJECT IN THE WAY. THE DOOR IS DOING TOTAL OPPOSITE OF THAT. MECHANIC STATED THE DOOR IS HEAVY AND WOULD BE HARD TO REPAIR WITHOUT USING FORCE. *PH
