THE OUTER BELT SEPARATED FROM THE TIRES. *PH WHEN OPERATING THE VEHICLE THERE WAS A VIBRATION WHEN TRAVELING 25 TO 35 MPH. ALL FOUR TIRES HAD EXPERIENCED THIS FAILURE. THE CONSUMER HAS THE TIRES FOR REVIEW. *PH *JB
