Consumer Description

VEHICLE WILL NOT START ON OCCASION. IT WILL TAKE 3-4 ATTEMPTS AT STARTING BEFORE IT WILL EVER START. AFTER IT STARTS IT RUNS VERY ROUGH LIKE IT IS FLOODED AND TRYING TO GET RID OF EXCESS FUEL IN THE CYLINDERS. THIS HAS HAPPENED OFF AND ON SINCE NEW.
