ROUGH OR ROLLING IDLE. VEHICLE STALLS AT STOPS OR WHEN CLUTCH IS DEPRESSED FOR GEAR-DOWN IN CURVES OR TURNS. LOSS OF STEERING/BRAKING CONTROL HAS RESULTED IN REPEATED OCCURRENCES OF TRAVEL LEFT OF CENTER. MANUFACTURER HAS NO DIAGNOSIS FOR CONCERN. PCM RE-PROGRAM ATTEMPTS ARE SHORT-TERM "FIX".
