My 2020 Zero SR/F is BEV motorcycle. I purchased it new in July 2020 and by February 2023 the total range on a full battery charge was approximately 25% of the original specifications. Where I would get between 100 and 160 miles on a full charge depending on speed in 2020, in February 2023 I was consistently getting 30 miles on a full charge at 55mph. The motorcycle was also recharging on level 1 charging at 11A from 10% to 100% in less than an hour, which should not be possible normally using a 5-15 household outlet to charge the 14.4kWh battery. The manufacturer warrantied battery capacity to be ≥ 80% of original capacity for 5 years/200,000miles. The manufacturer replaced the original 14.4kWh battery pack in October 2023 with ~2200 miles on the odometer with a new chemistry battery pack.
