TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 VOLVO S60. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHENEVER THE VEHICLE WAS STARTED, A RANDOM GAUGE WOULD FAIL ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL, INCLUDING THE FUEL GAUGE, SPEEDOMETER AND ODOMETER. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INSPECTED OR REPAIRED. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 152,000.
