All Seats Complaints
WITH SECOND CENTER SEAT INSTALLED (8-PASSENGER VAN), THE RECLINER COULD NEVER AUTOMATICALLY COME BACK UP WHEN PULL THE LEVER. DEALER INSPECTED IT AND DIDN'T FIND ANY ISSUE. HOWEVER, IT IS NOT NORMAL TO PULL THE LEVER AND SEAT BACK UP AT THE SAME TIME, ESPECIALLY WHEN SITTING ON THE CHAIR.
THE HEADRESTS TILT SO FAR FORWARD THAT THEY CAUSE NECK PAIN, PARTICULARLY ON TRIPS OF LONGER THAN 15 MINUTES. THEY SHOULD NOT BE SO FAR FORWARD THAT ONE'S HEAD IS IN CONTACT WITH THE HEADREST AT ALL TIMES, OR IF THEY DO NEED TO BE THAT FAR FORWARD, THEY SHOULD NOT BE AT SUCH AN ANGLE AS TO PRESS THE HEAD FORWARD AND DOWN.
