VEHICLE CONSISTENTLY HAS TO BE TOWED WHEN STATIONS ARE DOWN. HYDROGEN STATIONS WERE DOWN MOST OF APRIL, TOYOTA BRAND ENGAGEMENT OFFERED A LOANER VEHICLE AND THERE WERE NO VEHICLES AVAIL. VEHICLE SOLD WITHOUT RELIABLE STATIONS, INFRASTRUCTURE STILL IN PROGRESS- VEHICLE SHOULD NOT BE SOLD WITHOUT FUEL. VEHICLE HAS TO BE TOWED AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH WHEN BEING USED CONSISTENTLY FOR WORK/DAILY COMMUTING. VEHICLE UNSAFE SINCE THE FUEL IS DOWN FOR DAYS, LEAVING DRIVER W/O TRANSPORTATION OFTEN IN UNSAFE CONDITIONS. ELDERLY/DISABLED, UNABLE TO LIFT AND NAVIGATE THE FUEL PUMP THAT OFTEN FREEZES ON THE NOZZEL. WILL SOMETIMES BE AT STATION FOR OVER AN HOUR DUE TO MALFUNCTIONS- AUTO FRUAD/ELDERLY ABUSE FINANCIAL PRACTICES. INCREASED CAPRUL TUNNEL AND PAIN DUE TO MALFUNCTION OF FUEL PUMP.

TMNA HAS NOT RESPONDED WITH A CLEAR PLAN TO ADDRESS PROBLEM. THIS IS A LIABILITY THAT IS NOT ONLY FOR ME AND MY WIFE BUT ALSO OTHER DRIVERS OUT THERE ON THE ROAD.
