TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2012 TOYOTA COROLLA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DOOR LOCK SYSTEM FAILED AND CAUSED THE DOORS TO CLOSE ABRUPTLY. THE DEALER CORRECTED THE FAILURE BY REPROGRAMMING THE ELECTRONIC COMPUTER SYSTEM; HOWEVER, THE REMEDY CAUSED THE ALARM SYSTEM TO FAIL. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 34,000.
