2020 TOYOTA CAMRY Forward Collision Avoidance Automatic Emergency Braking Problems

I rear ended a stopped tractor pulling a hay baler at 50 mph. my braking system sent no alerts nor did it brake for me. May airbags did not deploy. I sufferered a broken hand as a result of the impact.

FORWARD FACING RADAR SYSTEM MALFUNCTION. IF VEHICLE IS PARKED IN THE SUN AND WINDSHIELD IS HOT THE FORWARD FACING RADAR IS OVERHEATED AND WHEN YOU START THE VEHICLE THE SAFETY SYSTEM FAIL TO BOOT UP. IF THIS ISN'T ENOUGH OF A SAFETY CONCERN THE ERROR MESSAGES OBSTRUCT YOUR INSTRUMENT CLUSTER SCREEN SO YOU CAN NOT SEE IMPORTANT THINGS LIKE YOUR SPEEDOMETER. YOU CAN CANCEL THE WARNING BUT WITH IN A FEW SECONDS IT REAPPEARS AND OBSTRUCTS YOUR VIEW. VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO DEALERSHIP. THERE ARE NO RECALLS OR SAFETY BULLETINS ON IT FROM TOYOTA CORP AND NO KNOWN FIX. THIS PROBLEM DID NOT EXIST UNTIL TOYOTA MOVED FORWARD RADAR FROM GRILL AREA AND PLACED IT INSIDE WINDSHIELD TOP CENTER. IF I MANUALLY COOL THE AREA WITH COLD WATER OR PROLONGED FAN BLOWING ON THE AREA I CAN RESTART AND SAFETY SYSTEM BOOTS UP FINE. THIS CONTINUALLY HAPPENS OVER SEVERAL YEARS,...

My wife was pulling into a parking space, feathering the brake. About a foot from parking, the car suddenly lurched forward, with her foot Still on the brake, and smashed into a 2' high decorative wall. The car is no longer drivable.

Several times when I was driving without cruise control down the hill from our home, the car's automatic brake turned on when I passed another car. The car incorrectly sensed that I was going to hit or be hit by the passing car and the automatic emergency brake turned on. Nothing happened except I was startled and puzzled. I was driving less than 30 mph on a residential street.

While driving the Camry at 45 mph among the flow of traffic on a state highway in Florida, out of the blue the vehicle's speedometer on the instrument cluster was replaced with a flashing red box and the brakes applied themselves fully with no command or input given whatsoever. The Camry immediately screeched to a stop in the middle of the road within a couple seconds, causing the vehicle behind me to slam into the Camry at full speed. There were no other vehicles or obstacles ahead of me at all, this fact was also observed by witnesses. It's a dangerous thing. The first time it happened to me was on Jun 15, 2021, only the light came on and when I turned off the car the light went off after a month it came on again and turned off by itself, and now it turned on and it doesn't turn off for nothing. and it only says the PRE-COLLISION SYSTEM & CRUISE CONTROL MALFUNCTION alert. I was doing a little research online and I realized that many people have this problem regardless of the vehicle miles and this is dangerous since this happens on local streets or highways regardless of the speed of the vehicle. please investigate.
