TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 TOYOTA AVALON. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE AIR BAG WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE VEHICLE NEEDED A NEW FUEL CAP. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTICE OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN 14V147000 (AIR BAGS). THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED FOR THE AIR BAG ISSUE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS NOT PROVIDED.
