Air conditioner compressor wouldn't engage in rv. Called a mobile technician. Mobile technician found burnt and melted connectors on the control board. Technician stated the connectors used for 120v power were 12v crimp connectors and had burned and melted from the amperage. Technician stated that these used connectors were illegal to use for 120v. This is a safety concern and could result in a fire. Stated we were lucky the control board melted and didn't result in a fire and burn down the coach.
Returning home from trip, route US I26 in NC, heading down 6 degree hill lost all speed control. The following dash lights came on: ABS, Engine Service, the Wrench, anti sway control. We were able to roll to the side of the road just before an entrance ramp. There was no acceleration control.
