Defect: Terex South Dakota, Inc. (Terex) is recalling certain model year 2014-2015 Aerial Devices and General Digger Derricks manufactured March 28, 2014, to March 1, 2015. In the affected vehicles, the fasteners that attach the turntable bearing to the carrier and the aerial or the digger derrick may fail.

Consequence: If the attaching bolts fail, the boom may fall, increasing the risk of injury to the operator or those nearby.
