WHEN DRIVING THE VEHICLE THE LOW ENGINE POWER LIGHT CAME ON AND CAR WENT INTO LIMP MODE AND WOULD GO NO FASTER THAN 20 MPH. I TURNED AROUND TO HEAD HOME AND PULLED OVER AND SHUT IT OFF FOR A FEW SECONDS. WHEN RESTARTED RAN FINE FOR A COUPLE DAYS.I TOOK IT TO DEALERSHIP AND THEY SAID IT NEEDED A NEW THROTTLE BODY. I ASKED IF THIS IS NORMAL AND THE SERVICE ADVISOR TOLD ME THAT GM KNOWS ABOUT THIS AND THAT IT HAPPENS ON CARS LESS THEN ONE YEAR OLD, BUT GM WON'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT BECAUSE IT IS NOT A SAFETY CONCERN. THE ADVISOR SUGGESTED THAT IF I DID THE REPAIR MYSELF NOT TO BUT AN GM UNIT AS THEY ARE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE REPLACEMENT PARTS. I PURCHASED A NEW UNIT FROM AFTER MARKET CO. NO PROBLEMS SINCE. THEN 8/8/14 WITH 91,000 THE SAME THING HAPPENED...
