2024 RAM 3500 Tires Problems

I purchased a dodge 3500 truck on October 16th 2024. My truck as of today has 4900 miles on it. It is a one ton dually. I noticed this week two of the rear outside tires have cracks and defective tread. I took it to a tire shop and they confirmed these tires are bad. I tow a 40 foot fifth wheel trailer. If I had had a blowout it could of been a huge problem for myself and those on the road around me. I spoke to the dealership I bought the truck from and they informed me they would have to see the tires and file a report with the manufacture of the tires. The contact owns a 2024 Ram 3500 equipped with Nexen Tires, Tire Line: Roadian HTX RH5, Tire Size: LT235/80/R17, DOT Number: 8EX6CMFR2223. The contact stated while driving approximately 65-70 MPH, the contact heard an abnormal sound and felt the steering wheel vibrate. The contact pulled over to the side of the road and noticed that the front passenger's side tire had a blowout. The contact stated that there was no impact to the tire that could have caused a blowout. Additionally, the TPMS failed to alert the contact of the failure. The contact replaced the front passenger's side tire with the spare tire. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where it was determined that the TPMS failed to illuminate because the failure occurred unexpectedly.
