2014 RAM 3500 Visibilitywiper Problems

The heater core in this model with the Cummins motor and of those around the same year plug constantly. I have to flush mine every couple of weeks in cold weather otherwise it will not keep moister off of the inside windows including the windshield as it just blows frigid air. A complete repair is $2,400+ and it will continue to plug even after the repair. It's common to need to frequently pull off of the highway and wipe down the inside glass to keep the windows clear.

this was a recall and all parts broke again . called dealer december 18 2023 and they have no idea what to do .

I HAVE 27 OPEN RECALLS, the steering wheel knuckle just keeps getting looser, nothing on the column will tighten, my wipers short out , I was sold a Omission deleted truck with documentation the day of purchase it was omission deleted, I was never told this vehicle was unsafe, The manufacture wants me to pay hundreds of dollars out of pocket for them to see if it maybe safe enough . Both Chysler, and the certified dealership of ford refuse to take any accountability or action

VEHICLE WINDSHIELD WIPERS MALFUNCTIONED AND WILL NOT TURN OFF, KILLS VEHICLE BATTERY. WIPERS DO NOT FUNCTION WITH FUSE REMOVED TO PREVENT BATTERY FROM DRAINING, AND WINDSHIELD FROM BEING DAMAGED, CANNOT SAFELY DRIVE VEHICLE IN RAIN. TRUCK IS NOW NOT SAFE TO DRIVE, CANNOT OBTAIN INSPECTION STICKER, AND RAM CANNOT PROVIDE A REPLACEMENT PART TO FIX THE VEHICLE. PART HAS BEEN ON BACK ORDER FOR 3 MONTHS AND WILL NOT PROVIDE A RENTAL. I AM BEING FORCED BY RAM TO DRIVE A VEHICLE, WITH MY FAMILY, THAT IS NOT SAFE, AND ILLEGALLY BECAUSE I CANNOT OBTAIN AN INSPECTION STICKER AND MY REGISTRATION WILL BE REVOKED SOON. TRUCK WAS NEVER REPAIRED AND DEALER (ARTIOLI DODGE/RAM) CLOSED REPAIR ORDER WITHOUT COMPLETING THE REPAIR.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 RAM 3500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING ABOUT 65 MPH, THE VISION, FUEL, AND EMISSION WARNING LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER AT: GLENBROOK DODGE, FT. WAYNE, IN, WHERE THE TECHNICIAN DIAGNOSED A DEF HARNESS FAILURE. THE TECHNICIAN PLUGGED NEW ENDS TO THE HARNESS BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE VEHICLE WAS RETURNED TO THE DEALER BUT AND WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND STATED THAT THE PART WOULD NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL AUGUST. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER DID NOT PROVIDE A RENTAL VEHICLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 62,191.
