The contact owns a 2021 Ram 2500 hauling a 2019 Keystone Avalanche 395 with a B&W Companion Slider fifth-wheel trailer hitch. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the trailer was wobbling. Upon inspection, the contact's husband noticed that the fifth-wheel trailer hitch was loose and the bolts had been severed. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and informed the contact that the bolts would be replaced. The failure mileage was approximately 22,000.
