Defect: Quality Van Sales, Inc. (Quality Van) is recalling one 2023 Ford Transit 350 vehicle, equipped with certain GO-ES Space Saver Foldaway Seats. The recliner mechanism may not engage when the seat back is fully reclined. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 207, "Seating Systems."

Consequence: The seat back could release when force is applied to the shoulder belt, increasing the risk of injury during a crash.

Remedy: Quality Van will work with the equipment manufacturer, Freedman, to inspect and repair the seats as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 1, 2024. The owner may contact Quality Van Sales Inc at 800-408-8550.

We purchased this brand new 2024 motorhome in CO, in Feb. of 2025. It had a very serious safety recall on the rear axle, issued by Ford in Sept of 2025 that no one informed us of. The dealer, the manufacturer both claimed they'd have no way of knowing. We happened upon this safety recall for another unrelated issued, turns out our axle was in the process of failing with only 2800 miles on it and the rear differential had to be rebuilt. The Colorado Dept. of Revenue, Auto Industry Division, as well as the AG will not investigate and the AG maintains they have no authority. This is not ok. Both the dealer and manufacturer claim zero responsibility for selling a brand new vehicle with a major safety recall. Where is the accountability in this process that would have very likely ended up in our potential serious injury or death because motorhomes are not subject to the same safety recalls as vehicles?

I bought new truck in 2023, in 6 months after that I faced with several issues with transmission, a few different official Ford dealerships tried to solve it but they couldn’t find the reason or did not want to do that. Incorrect transmission work occurred, when change the gear, I have automatic transmission. Even under the warranty they denied to change the transmission, every 500 miles the same problem occurred and I spent thousands dollar on services. Problems is not solved I have a lot of documents from dealerships with payments for nothing
