IT IS NOT A PROBLEM CAUSED OVER TIME. IT IS NOT SEALED FROM NEW. ALSO INTERIOR HAS COMPLETELY DETERIORATED AS IF IT WERE 50 YEARS OLD. *LA

THE DEALER WAS CONTACTED FOR MONETARY ASSISTANCE WHICH WAS DISCUSSED WITH A FEW CHRYSLER REPRESENTATIVES AND THE REQUEST WAS DENIED. THE CONSUMERS MECHANIC STATED THAT THERE WERE OTHER VEHICLES THAT HAD EXPERIENCED THE SAME PROBLEM. THE CONSUMER HAD REQUESTED A FULL REIMBURSEMENT FOR THE REPAIR COST. SCC *TS *JB

I CONTACTED CHRYSLER ABOUT MY PROBLEM AND THEY ADVISED THAT IT WASN'T A RECALLED PROBLEM, AND IT NEVER WILL BE. FOR THEM TO FIX IT ,IT WILL COST UPWARDS OF 2,000 DOLLARS. I HAVE TRIED TO REASON WITH THEM, BUT COULDN'T GET ANYWHERE WITH THEM. THE PROBLEM IS VERY MESSY FOR MY DRIVEWAY,AND PROBABLY A SAFETY CONCERN THE MORE I DRIVE IT ON THE ROAD.
