I DO NOT HAVE A FAX, BUT PROGRAM WOULD NOT LET ME CONTINUE UNLESS I LIED. THE CAR WAS A DEMO. IT WAS DELIVERED WITH 4920 MILES ON THE ODOMETER, BUT HORN WAS NON-FUNCTIONAL. IT HAS FAILED ABOUT TWELVE TIMES SINCE AND IS CURRENTLY IN THE SHOP WITH A HORN FAILURE. THE DEALER IS BAFFLED. DO YOU HAVEOTHER INTRIGUES WITH THIS PROBLEM? I HOPE THAT YOU WILL EXCUSE OUR NOT HAVING A FAX AND ALLOW US TO REPORT. WHY IS THE HORN NOT INCLUDED IN THE LIST OF SAFETY RELATED EQUIPMENT? IT SEEMS THAT A HORN IS NECESSARY TO AVOID AN ACCIDENT. I UNDERSTAND THAT LAW ENFORCEMENT WILL ISSUE A CITATION FOR A NON-FUNCTIONING HORN. *AK
