MY 2001 OLDSMOBILE AURORA HAS A RE-OCCURRING PROBLEM WITH A NOISE ASSOCIATED WITH THE STEERING OR FRONT END, I AM NOT SURE WHICH. IT STARTS OUT AS EITHER A GRINDING OR CLUNKING SOUND WHEN TURNING - NOTICE IT MORE AS I AM TURNING INTO MY ALLEY WHICH IS SORT OF A DIP THEN A SMALL RISE FROM THE STREET LEVEL. I HAVE HAD IT REPAIRED AT LEAST THREE TIMES SINCE I BOUGHT THE CAR NEW AND IT IS STARTING TO ACT UP AGAIN. OF COURSE IT IS OUT OF WARRANTY NOW SO I CAN HARDLY WAIT TO SEE WHAT THEY TRY TO TELL/SELL ME ON GETTING IT REPAIRED THIS TIME. ALL THE OTHER TIMES, THE DEALERSHIP INDICATED THEY TOOK SOMETHING APART AND GREASED IT. IT LASTED FOR 15 - 20K MILES OR SO AND NEEDED TO BE DONE ALL OVER AGAIN. I AM NOT HAPPY THAT A RE-OCCURRING PROBLEM IS...
