TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 NISSAN VERSA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE HORN DOES NOT BLOW WHEN YOU TAP IT ON CERTAIN POSITIONS. THE INABILITY TO ALERT OTHER DRIVERS INCREASED THE RISK OF VEHICLE CRASH. THE DEALER WAS NOTIFIED AND A TECHNICIAN CONCLUDED THAT THE FAILURE WAS A NORMAL CHARACTERISTIC OF THE VEHICLE.
