The contact owns a 2017 Nissan Rogue. The contact stated that there was mold on the front passenger's side floor and underneath the front passenger's side seat. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic, where it was determined that water had leaked into the vehicle due to a clogged sunroof drain. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure recurred. The contact stated that the front driver's side floor was soaking wet, and there was water underneath the front driver's side seat. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was unknown.

The contact owns a 2017 Nissan Rogue. The contact stated that while driving approximately 55 MPH in a heavy rainstorm, rainwater started leaking into the cabin of the vehicle. The contact stated that the rainwater entered the cabin of the vehicle from the top of the front windshield, and from the front driver's and passenger’s side windows. The cause of the failure was not yet determined. The manufacturer and local dealer were not yet notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 69,000.

The vehicle was then taken to a dealer and the contact was informed that the source the leak was not found. The failure persisted and the rear carpet also became wet. The vehicle was taken to another dealer and the contact was informed that the source of the leak was coming from the sunroof. Upon investigation, the contact linked the failure to NHTSA Campaign Number: 22V875000 (Electrical System). The contact stated that the work performed in the recall repair had led to the moisture inside the vehicle. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 46,807.
